Ingredients
Serves: 4- 6 cups chopped Roma tomatoes, deseeded
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped jalapeno
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
- Salt, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Optionally, rough-chop 1/2 of the mixture in a blender or food processor and mix back into the remaining salsa.
3. Chill for an hour, if you can wait that long.
