Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 3 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoons salsa
- 4 tablespoons diced onions
- 3 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 3/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 14 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1. Mix together ground beef, onions, cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Form into patties and divide patties into equal amounts.
3. With first set of patties, top with salsa, jalapenos and cheese.
4. Then top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal the patties.
5. Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes.
6. Then serve on a bun or without, topping with salsa, jalapenos and cheese.
