Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1 Catfish fillet
- J. Paul’s Creole Seasoning, to taste
- Chopped onions
- Chopped bell pepper
- Chopped celery
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Sprinkle Creole seasoning on fish and blacken in an iron skillet. Remove and set on a plate.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add a little olive oil to the skillet and saute vegetables. When done, scatter over fish and serve.
