J paul's baked or grilled fish recipe details
I like to keep my fish dishes simple. Simple is better sometimes.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 6 Fish fillets
- J. Paul’s Creole Seasoning, to taste
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 slices Bacon, cut in half
- 6 Squares of aluminum foil
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Rinse and pat dry fish fillets. Season with Creole seasoning. Place each fillet on a piece of foil. Cover fillet with onion, garlic and bell pepper slices. Lay 1/2 slice bacon on each fillet. Wrap each fillet in foil.
2. Place foil packets on a sheet pan and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or place on the grill. Open packets and cook for 5 more minutes.
