Italian meat balls recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 slices dry bread
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
Soak bread in cold water 2 to 3 minutes, squeeze out moisture and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well and form into small balls. Mix with your favorite sauce and cook about 30 minutes.
