Ingredients
Serves: 8- 5 cups water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 6 hours1. Boil water, add sugar and honey, and boil until completely disolved. Chill in refrigerator 6 hours.
2. When completely chilled, add fresh lemon juice. Put mixture in ice cream maker and freeze until it is the consistency of peanut butter.
