Marzipan muffins recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | white flour |
100 g | sugar |
1 tsp | baking powder |
250 ml | soy cream |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
50 ml | water |
125 g | marzipan |
4 tbsp | oats |
Instructions
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and oats in a bowl.Add soy cream with oil and water and stir everything together thoroughly using an electric mixer. The dough should be quite ropy.
Cut marzipan into little pieces and fold into the dough. Fill into muffin tins or paper baking cups and bake in prehearted oven on 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
