Ingredients

300 ml condensed milk, sweetened
250 ml whiskey, half a bottle of Paddy will do nicely
250 ml single cream
3 medium eggs
15 ml chocolate syrup, as used in making cakes
2 ml coconut extract, the creamed sort in a block is best but you could use a small quantity of canned cream

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or goblet of a powerful blender and mix until smooth.

Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.

Shake well before pouring and drink within four days.
