Irish Style Cream Liqueur recipe

Ingredients
300 ml | condensed milk, sweetened |
250 ml | whiskey, half a bottle of Paddy will do nicely |
250 ml | single cream |
3 medium | eggs |
15 ml | chocolate syrup, as used in making cakes |
2 ml | coconut extract, the creamed sort in a block is best but you could use a small quantity of canned cream |
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or goblet of a powerful blender and mix until smooth.Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
Shake well before pouring and drink within four days.
