|300 ml||condensed milk, sweetened|
|250 ml||whiskey, half a bottle of Paddy will do nicely|
|250 ml||single cream|
|15 ml||chocolate syrup, as used in making cakes|
|2 ml||coconut extract, the creamed sort in a block is best but you could use a small quantity of canned cream|
InstructionsPlace all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or goblet of a powerful blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
Shake well before pouring and drink within four days.
