Ingredients

200 g	flour, all-purpose
1 tbsp	sugar
1 ½ tsp	baking powder
½ tsp	salt
1 medium	egg, beaten
120 ml	buttermilk
60 ml	vegetable oil
300 g	fresh blueberries
	To serve
500 ml	whipping cream, whipped
	blueberry syrup

Instructions

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, buttermilk and oil in a medium bowl. Mix together liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and stir until well moistened.

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Use about 60 ml batter for each pancake. Cook each pancake until golden brown on each side.
