Coconut Mousse recipe

|120 ml||coconut milk|
|60 ml||whipping cream, whipped|
|50 ml||condensed milk, sweetened|
|2 sheet(s)||gelatin, dissolved in water|
|6||vanilla wafer cookies|
Combine the coconut milk and the sweetened condensed milk.
Dissolve the gelatin.
Fold the whipped cream into the coconut milk mixture and fold in the dissolved gelatin.
Place the vanilla wafers into the coconut mousse, and then smooth the surface with a spatula. Freeze for at least another 6 hours.
