Inn on the sound crab souffle recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 15 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup crab meat (large pieces)
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 teaspoon dillweed
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, cubed (small)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic powder
Spray 6 to 8 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. Beat eggs, milk, salt and peppers, powders, and dillweed. Place cubed cream cheese and crab meat in ramekins, evenly divided. Pour mixture into crab and cream cheese. Place on cookie sheet, sprinkle with paprika, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve in or out of ramekins.
