Inn made granola details
- Ingredients
- 8 cups regular rolled oats
- 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups regular wheat germ
- 1-1/2 cups unprocessed bran
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1-1/2 cups dried bananas
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1-1/2 cups honey
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
Combine the first ten ingredients. Heat the oil, honey, and vanilla and thoroughly combine with dry ingredients. Place on large sheet and bake at 350 degrees, stirring, abut 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Continue to stir and break up granola as mixture cools.
