Hungry jack recipe details
Something I loved growing up and when I got older, I made a couple changes to add some jazz to it. My family loves it.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons adobo all purpose seasoning
- 1 can baked beans, undrained
- 3 cups KC Masterpiece(R) Original BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (10 ounce) can drained mild Rotel(R) tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans Pillsbury(R) biscuits, 10 count
- 1 (8 ounce) bag fiesta-style shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix hamburger meat and adobo in large skillet, brown meat; drain. Turn stove to medium heat, and stir in baked beans, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Rotel, and cook, stirring occasionally, until bubbling. Transfer meat mix to 9x13x2-inch casserole dish. Distribute evenly; cover with Cheddar cheese. Place biscuits on top of cheese.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
4. cover biscuits with fiesta-style cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.
