An easy chicken recipe utilizing Hungarian paprika and sour cream.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1 box of rigatoni noodles
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Grease a frying pan with oil (preferably olive oil) and brown chicken. Remove chicken from pan and cut into pieces.
2. Add paprika, sea salt, white pepper, and garlic powder to pan and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn heat to low and add sour cream, bringing sauce to a slow boil.
3. Add chicken to pan and cover the pan with a lid. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Heat a large pot of water over high heat, add noodles, and boil until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
5. Serve chicken and sauce combination over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
