Hot Mustard Sauce recipe
Ingredients
30 g | dry mustard |
2 tbsp | sugar |
⅛ tsp | salt |
60 ml | apple cider vinegar |
1 medium | egg |
120 ml | mayonnaise |
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients except mayonnaise. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and chill 10-15 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise.
