Ingredients
120 ml | dry mustard |
120 ml | white vinegar |
1 medium | egg |
35 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
240 ml | mayonnaise |
Instructions
Mix mustard and vinegar and let stand for 12 hours.
Beat egg and add to the mustard mixture together with the sugar and salt. Transfer to a saucepand and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool thoroughly. Blend in the mayonnaise and serve.
