Hot fruit bake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 can peach halves
- 1 can apricot halves
- 1 jar spiced apple rings
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 can pear halves
- 1 can pineapple pieces (not rings or crushed)
Cut up fruit in large chunks, layer in baking dish with apple rings on top. Melt butter, sugar and cornstarch in pan stirring until thick. Add sherry and continue to cook over low heat until completely mixed. Pour over fruit; marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
