Ingredients
25 g | red hot chillies, dried and chopped |
500 ml | canola oil |
Instructions
Put chillies in a sterilized dry glass bottle or glass jar. Pour in the oil and let age at a dark place for at least 3 month.Shake the bottle twice a week.
Sieve through a clean cloth into sterilized dry glass bottles and use mixed with oils of your choice for frying or as part of a salad sauce/vinaigrette.
Goes well with spaghetti con aglio e olio or drizzled over fried potatoes.
Be careful, it is really very hot.
