Chili con Carne recipe
Ingredients
1000 g | kidney beans, tinned |
500 g | minced meat |
500 ml | vegetable juice |
2 tbsp | cooking oil |
2 tbsp | chili powder |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a cooking pot heat oil, add mincemeat and stir-fry until brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add kidney beans and vegetable juice. Stir in chili powder. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
