Hot and Spicy Wing Sauce

Hot and spicy sauce for chicken wings or your favorite meat. Sure to clear sinuses! (Omit pepper at the end and some of the chili powder to reduce the heat, if desired.)

Ingredients
Makes: 2 quarts
- 64 ounces Tabasco(R) sauce (Or Texas Pete(R))
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup cumin
- 1 tablespoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 finely chopped tabasco or habanero pepper (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour
1. Place all the ingredients into a saucepot and bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and allow to cook, covered, at a simmer for 1 hour.
2. Remove from heat. Dip your favorite meat into the sauce, place on serving dish and serve immediately.
