Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, halved
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat grill to Medium.
2. Brush bell pepper with oil and set on grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, until pepper is browned and tender. Chop.
3. Combine taco seasoning and beans in an 8×8-inch baking dish that can go on the grill. Spread into a consistent layer, then sprinkle with olives, green onions, and cheese. Place on grill and close the lid; grill for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
4. Add salsa to the dip and grill for another 5 minutes. Then add sour cream and cream cheese, tomatoes, chopped green pepper, and lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips.
