Honey parfait recipe details
Ingredients
3 medium | egg yolks |
80 g | honey |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
400 g | whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
Whisk 60g of the honey and the egg yolks over a hot water bath until frothy. Over a cold water bath whisk until cooled. Stir in the lemon juice. Fold in the whipped cream.Line a loaf tin with cling film. Fill in the mixture. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Cut the parfait into neat slices and serve drizzled with honey.
