Honey mustard salmon patties recipe details
Easy salmon patties to eat on their own (hi, low-carbers) or to pile on with your favorite condiments for a salmon burger.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed, cubed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay(R) seasoning
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 6 mins1. Pulse salmon in a food processor until minced, then pour into a mixing bowl. Stir in mustard and honey, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Fold in chives, Old Bay(R), and lemon zest. When ingredients are incorporated, form the mixture into four patties.
3. Pour olive oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Cook salmon patties in hot oil for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 6 minutes, until salmon is cooked through to your liking.
4. Serve, either on buns (for low-carb diet) or as is.
