- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 (6 ounce) red snapper fillets
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, marinating1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the lime juice and honey. Scoop out 1/2 cup and place in a resealable plastic bag along with the fish. Close the bag and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate. (Don’t throw out the remaining sauce.) Drain.
