Ingredients
2 small green onions, chopped fine
Maple bacon (fried and crumbled) or honey ham (cubed)
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
One to 1-1/4 cups milk/cream (use whole milk and half whipping cream)
1/3 cup Tea Bisque
Instructions:

Grease a square glass pan (9 x 9 inches). In the bottom, sprinkle the onions, bacon or ham, and cheese. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk/cream, and Tea Bisque at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Bake quiche at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with fresh fruit and a croissant.
