Honey Glazed Curry Chicken recipe
|1 kg||chicken breast fillet|
|100 ml||butter, melted|
|2 tbsp||curry powder|
|1 dash(es)||cayenne pepper|
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Season the meat with salt. Arrange the chicken breasts in a casserole. Mix together the butter, honey, mustard, cayenne pepper and curry powder. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
