Homemade redcurrant liqueur recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | redcurrants |
1 l | vodka |
250 ml | water |
250 g | sugar |
Instructions
Clean the redcurrants and place the berries into a bowl. Pour over the vodka. Cover and allow to soak overnight.Bring the water with the sugar to a boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the syrup into the bowl and allow to soak for another 24 hours.
Strain the liquid into sterilized bottles and store the liqueur in a dark place.
