Homemade Fish Fingers recipe
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
6 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
2 | eggs |
600 g | fish fillet, e.g. coalfish, cut into stripes |
4 tbsp | flour |
2 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the breadcrumbs and the parsley. Beat in the eggs into a deep plate and whisk slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the fish stripes first in flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs. Make sure, that the fish is well coated.
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the fish stripes over medium heat until golden and crispy all around.
