Ingredients
1 kg | elderberries |
200 ml | water |
2 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
Bring the water with berries and sugar to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.Strain through a sieve, lined with a tea towel muslin into another saucepan. Bring to the boil again, then pour the juice into sterilized bottles. Seal and store in a dark cool place. When opened, store in the fridge.
