Fish finger sandwich recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | oil |
12 | fish fingers, frozen |
3 | tomatoes, sliced |
¼ | cucumber, sliced |
½ head(s) | lettuce, cleaned and leaves separated |
1 large | baguette bread, lengthwise halved |
70 g | tartar sauce |
70 g | sour cream |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the fish fingers until golden and crispy all around.Mix the tartar sauce with the sour cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spread the bread with the cream. Put lettuce leaves, tomato and cucumber slices onto one half of the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and arrange the fish fingers on top. Cover with the upper half of the baguette. Cut into 10cm slices.
