Ingredients
2 cups raw rolled oats
2/3 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup wheat germ
2/3 cup sesame seeds
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup raw banana chips
1/2 cup brown sugar

Place oats and nuts in large, heavy skillet; place over medium-low heat and roast for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and banana chips. Continue to stir and dry roast for 10 minutes. Add brown sugar; stir and roast 2 more minutes. Cool; store in airtight container.
