Herbed pork kebabs recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | pork fillets |
¾ tbsp | rosemary, freshly chopped |
¾ tbsp | sage, reshly chopped |
¾ tbsp | parsley, reshly chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
60 ml | olive oil |
60 ml | lemon juice |
Instructions
Cut fillets into 1 to 1.5 cm slices. Combine pork, herbs, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate for several hours.Thread pork onto skewers, then barbecue until tender.
