Ingredients
Serves: 8- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dried rosemary, ground by mortar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- Pinch salt
- Pepper (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Cream butter with a mixer at room temperature.
2. Beat in mustard, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in sesame oil and lemon juice.
