Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1⁄3 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and cubed
- 1 1⁄2 cups cubed ham
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- Dash fresh-ground black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook the onion and green bell pepper in the skillet for about 5 minutes, then stir in potatoes and ham and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
