Ingredients
Makes: 2 enough marinade for 2 turkeys- 1/2 cup liquid crab boil
- 2 cups bottled lemon juice
- 10 shakes Tabasco(R) sauce
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons Tony Chachere’s(R) seasoning
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Blend all of this together in a bowl. If you can’t get the mixture through your needle, you may have to strain it. Inject your turkey many times with this the day before you fry it.
