Hearty granola recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 10 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup each of assorted dried fruit (raisins, apricots, dates, cranberries)
Spray a large roaster pan with oil. Mix all ingredients except dried fruits for at least 5 minutes. Spread mix in roaster and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from oven and add dried fruit. Store in Ziplocor similar plastic bags in freezer to keep fresh.
