- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Serve over Apple Brown Betty
Cream butter until very soft. Add sugar by the tablespoon and blend it in well. About halfway through blending, add the vanilla. Continue adding sugar until all is combined. Shape into a half round and place on a pretty serving plate. Chill until ready to serve.
