Ingredients
Serves: 6- 6 small zucchini
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Slice zucchini lengthwise 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
3. Combine olive oil, salt, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary. Brush on zucchini.
4. Grill zucchini on both sides until brown. Place on platter and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
