Grilled greek lamb chops recipe details
Lamb marinated with fresh oregano and garlic is grilled over coals and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. This is the best lamb taste you’ll ever experience!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, roughly chopped
- 2 pounds lamb chops (4 chops)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 30 mins | Cook: 12 mins1. Whisk together oil, garlic and oregano in a shallow large baking dish. Add the chops and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Remove the chops from the refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling.
3. Preheat grill to high heat.
4. Cook the chops to your desired degree of doneness, 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium. Remove from the grill and let rest a few minutes before serving. Season to taste with lemon, salt and pepper to serve.
