Grilled tuna with honey mustard marinade recipe details
Ingredients1. Fresh tuna steaks (1 to 1 ½ pounds)
2. garlic herb seasoning (a dash)
3. honey (1tbsp)
4. red wine vinegar (1/3c)
5. extra virgin olive oil (3tbsp)
6. spicy brown mustard (1tbsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a covered container or a jar, put olive oil, honey, spicy brown mustard, wine vinegar and garlic herb seasoning in the jar. Then shake the jar to mix all the ingredients properly.
2. Take a bag of food storage, add tuna in it and then add 4 tablespoons of honey mustard mixture in it. Close the bag and keep it aside for about 20 minutes to marinate.
3. Now brush olive oil on the grill and then heat it. Take out tuna from the bag and pour the marinade in a saucepan of small size. Keep it to boil, then take of the saucepan from heat and keep it aside.
4. Now place tuna on hot grill and grill it for about 2 minutes from each side over high heat. Grill it until it gets cooked and then sprinkle the hot marinade over it.
