Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced in a garlic press
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 pounds bone-in or boneless pork loin chops
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Combine all ingredients except pork in a large plastic resealable bag. Add pork, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate, flipping bag to re-coat meat with marinade every 15 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to High and lightly oil grate.
3. Place meat on grill. Cook for about 7 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for 5 or 6 minutes more. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.Tip
Thinner pork chops are easiest to grill but dry out quickly. The bone-in chops have the best flavor. You should only flip pork chops once.
