Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 2 red and 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced into 1/2-inch slivers
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s(R) Seasoned Salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Pour teriyaki sauce in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Preheat grill to medium.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and put on grill. Cook for about 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is cooked.
4. After you put the chicken on, place sliced vegetables on foil and spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, and seal the foil. Place on grill after the chicken has been grilling for 10 minutes.
5. Remove chicken and vegetables from grill. Cut chicken into thin slices. Serve!Serving Suggestions
Serve in tortillas with rice, green beans, and salsa, garnishing with cheese if desired.
