Ingredients
Serves: 4- Green Olive Salsa:
- 3 tablespoons green olives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salted capers, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Swordfish:
- 4 (7 ounce) swordfish steaks, sliced horizontally into thin halves
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
2. Combine all salsa ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well. Transfer to saucepan and warm gently.
3. Coat swordfish with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and grill for about 2 or 3 minutes per side until cooked through.
