Grilled Sesame King Prawns recipe

|2 sprig(s)||fresh thyme, finely chopped leaves|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, finely diced|
|2 tbsp||sesame seeds|
|1 tbsp||sesame oil|
|1 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||sake (rice wine)|
|20 large||king prawns|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
In a bowl mix together the thyme, garlic, sesame seeds and oil, sake and soy sauce.
Toss in the king prawns and gently stir, until the prawns are coated with the marinade. Cover and allow to steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill. Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Grill the prawns until pink, turning only once.
