Grilled prawns recipe details
Ingredients
8 | king prawns, raw, peeled, deveined |
115 g | butter |
1 tbsp | diced onion |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ tsp | chopped parsley |
juice of 1 lemon | |
120 ml | white wine |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Sauté the garlic, onions and parsley. Add wine and lemon. Simmer over low heat a few minutes. Add a little water if necessary.Remove from heat and leave to cool a little. Pour the marinade into a bowl and add the prawns. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Grill over medium high heat until prawns are slightly browned.
