Ingredients
4 kg | pike, washed, cleaned |
bread crumbs | |
For the sauce: | |
olive oil | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cover pike with bread crumbs and grill for 20 minutes.For the sauce mix together parsley, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Cut the fish into six portions and cover with sauce.
To serve cut into long slices.
