Ingredients
Serves: 3- 1 peach, cut into wedges
- 1 nectarine, cut into wedges
- 1 plum, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 prepared pound cake
- Whipped cream
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to Medium and lightly oil grate.
2. Combine preserves and butter in a saucepan and place over medium heat. When butter is melted, save 1/4 cup for later.
3. Thread fruit wedges onto metal skewers. Place on grill. Use the preserves and butter mixture to baste the skewers while you grill for about 10 minutes. Be sure to turn them often, as the fruit will burn.
4. Remove from heat, take the fruit off the skewers, and serve spooned over pound cake with whipped cream to garnish.
