Just like it sounds… a grilled sandwich with the classic peanut butter and jelly stuffings!

Ingredients
Serves: 1- 4 pieces white sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jelly
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Warm skillet over medium/high heat. Then construct a peanut butter and jelly sandwich like you usually would. (Bread/Peanut Butter/Jelly/Bread)
2. Drop small pat of butter onto warm pan and let it melt for a few seconds. Quickly put the sandwich directly on top of melted butter.
3. Let it sit and cook for a few minutes (2 or so). Then put another pat of butter in the pan and cook the other side. Be sure to squish the sandwich down to get proper caramelizaton… a little brown is good.
4. Cut into triangles and enjoy the crunchy creamy grilled pb&j sandwich.
