Grilled marinated swordfish recipe details
Ingredients1. 4 swordfish steaks
2. 1tbsp lemon juice
3. 2 tbsp olive oil
4. 2 tbsp soy sauce
5. 1/4 cup white wine
6. 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
7. 4 cloves garlic
8. Salt (to taste)
9. Pepper (to taste)
10. Lemon 1
11. chopped parsley (1tbsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl. Add crushed garlic, white wine, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix these entire well.
2. Now marinate the fish in this marinade for around one hour in a refrigerator.Heat an outdoor grill and apply oil to the grate.
3. Cook the steaks on the grill for about 7 minutes on both sides. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
