Grilled lime shrimp tacos recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 crispy taco shells
- 1/2 head Shredded lettuce
- 1 Chopped tomato
- Several wooden skewers, soaked in water
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to Medium.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, and olive oil. Dump in the shrimp and make sure each little shrimp is coated in the mixture.
3. Thread the shrimp on the skewers and place on grill. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping once, until shrimp turn pink through and through.
4. Serve on taco shells with lettuce and tomato.
